On April 26, 2025, All Talentz marked a significant milestone — three years of restoring excellence across industries and borders. What began as a bold vision with just a few team members has become one of Africa’s most respected BPO (business process outsourcing) solution providers, serving global industries with world-class virtual professionals. 

The anniversary celebration, themed “Glitz and Glam,” was held at The Villa Dome in Ikoyi, Lagos. It wasn’t just a celebration—it was a statement—a moment to reflect on the journey so far, celebrate the achievements, and look forward to what’s next. Family, friends, staff, and special guests all gathered in honor of a company that is not only growing fast but making serious waves in the outsourcing world. 

A Government Seal of Support 

The event reached a high note with the presence of the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Co-operatives, Trade, and Investment, Mrs. Folashade Ambrose-Medebem, who delivered a powerful address. In her speech, she recognized All Talentz as a true example of what Lagos stands for — innovation, growth, and global excellence. 

“Lagos State looks forward to partnering with All Talentz,” she said. “You are representing what we are trying to achieve here — economic prosperity, scalable business models, and global excellence.” 

The commissioner’s words affirmed the company’s mission and opened doors to deeper collaboration between the public sector and forward-thinking talent providers like All Talentz. 

Words from the Leadership 

In his keynote speech, CEO and co-founder Mr. Sadiq Isu reflected on the journey with humility and clarity: 

“Three years of showing up, pushing through, and building something that didn’t exist before… This anniversary isn’t just a celebration of the past. It’s a toast to the future.” 

Chairman Abdul Isu also took the stage, expressing pride in the company’s progress, while Business Development Director Michael Nwoseh emphasized the company’s consistent year-on-year growth and future ambition. 

“We are proud of three years of growth, recognition, and client satisfaction. The journey is just beginning, and the possibilities ahead are endless,” he said. 

A Night to Remember 

Of course, no All Talentz celebration would be complete without energy, flair, and culture. The ever-charismatic Forever CFR hosted the evening, with activities like rap battles, a fashion parade, and the much-anticipated “Best Dressed” competition bringing life to the “Glitz and Glam” theme. 

The after-party sealed the night, as guests danced and connected — not just as colleagues or clients, but as a community bound by vision. 

Looking Forward 

Three years in, All Talentz is not slowing down. With expansion across key industries, including restoration, tech, healthcare, finance, and insurance, the mission remains the same: to deliver trained, pre-vetted African talent to businesses across the U.S., Canada, and beyond faster, smarter, and more affordable. 

The commissioner noted that the company is already setting an example for economic growth and job creation.
